We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from JazminThobe. If for any reason you're not happy with your item, please review our policy below.
Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
- Please Note We Do Not offer Full REFUNDS
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

To start an exchange, email us at JazminThobe@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order.

The buyer is responsible for exchange shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange within 3–5 business days.

If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, it will be returned to you at your expense.

Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
✈️ Shipping Policy: Lost, Stolen, or Marked as Delivered Packages
We take care to ensure your order is delivered safely. However, once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing packages.
📦 If Your Package is Missing After Delivery
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it:

Check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office.

Look around your property, mailbox, or delivery area.

If still missing, contact the shipping carrier to file a claim or start an investigation.
⚠️ JazminThobe.com cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered or suspected to be stolen.

File a claim with the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

If you believe the package was stolen, consider filing a police report.

Choose a secure delivery location or use signature confirmation or package lockers when available.
